Volunteer at Milwaukee Rescue Mission-Family Fun Night 1/10/2025

For the mothers and children staying in our women and family shelter, Joy House, life is challenging and circumstances can be overwhelming. Family Fun Nights offer the chance for moms and their kids to relax and enjoy an evening of fun together.

Volunteers help make Family Fun Nights possible by assisting with various activities like overseeing games or arts and crafts, serving snacks, encouraging moms and their kids, cleaning up, etc. Activities vary from week to week. This is a great way for volunteers to brighten the lives of the women and children staying in Joy House.

Additional Details

The minimum age of volunteers we can accept for Family Fun Night is 13 years old. Anyone age 13 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult, ideally a parent or guardian, 21 years or older.

For safety and liability purposes, only registered individuals can attend. Please do not bring extra people, including children, if they are not registered to serve.
