Volunteers’ primary duties include serving food as guests come through the line to receive their meal, cleaning tables after the meal and being an encouraging presence to guests.

Volunteers are on their feet most of the shift. Volunteers are welcome to eat a meal during their shift, if they would like. Volunteers should refrain from wearing clothing that 1) could be deemed offensive, 2) has political messages or 3) exposes undergarments, cleavage or excessive skin.

Food service requires: 1) pants, capris or skirts below the knee, 2) shirts with sleeves and 3) close-toed shoes.
