HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Rent one of our beautiful, partially furnished homes while we help you find and purchase a home for you and your child(ren). You will have up to 12 months to complete the process with ample support.
To qualify for the program, the following is required:
- Up to 12 months in the rental home
- Must be a single mother
- At least 1 biological/adopted child
- Adult children are allowed
- All children must be filed on previous tax year
- Decent rental history
- Eviction at least 24 months before application date
- Must sign rental/lease agreement and program contract (includes media release)
- Provide 3 rental references
- 3 years of stable employment history
- Debt to income ratio limit
- Gross income 3 times monthly rent ($3,300)
- Pass criminal background and credit check
- 580 credit score
- *Bankruptcy accepted
- 2-4 years
- Current on taxes (no liens)
- No current or pending judgements
*Bankruptcy is accepted; however, you must be able to qualify for a home loan.
